Privacy Policy
1. Who We Are
NeonIndigo is a trading name of Michael Robinson. We develop apps and provide development services for Apple platforms. If you have any privacy-related questions, contact us at support@neonindigo.com.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website, subscribe to product news, use a NeonIndigo app, or contact us for support or about a project. It does not apply to third-party services or websites we do not operate.
3. Information We Collect
Website analytics. We use Umami to understand aggregate website traffic and actions such as visits to an app page or clicks through to the App Store. Our website analytics are not connected to newsletter email addresses, and we do not use them for advertising.
Product news subscriptions. If you choose to subscribe, we collect your email address, consent status, signup date, and the app or website form through which you subscribed. We use Kit to manage subscriptions, confirmation emails, product-news emails, and unsubscribes. Kit requires new subscribers to confirm their address before joining the list.
Pseudonymous app analytics. Some of our apps use Amplitude to collect analytics data that helps us understand how the apps are used and improve them. This data includes:
- Product interactions, such as app launches, screens viewed, and features used
- A device-level identifier assigned or used by the analytics service
- Device category (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Mac)
- App version and operating system version
- Approximate country or region derived from the network connection
This analytics data is linked to a device-level identifier, but not to your name, email address, or Apple ID. We do not use it to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, or for advertising.
Server and infrastructure logs. Our analytics infrastructure may automatically generate logs that include IP addresses, request timestamps, and similar technical data. These logs are used solely for security and operational purposes.
Email correspondence. If you contact us for support or about a project, we will receive your email address and any personal information you include in your message.
